Managing Director Peter Normann Nielsen has chosen to move on to new challenges.

In this connection Mr. Jannik Friis has accepted the position as Managing Director with immediate effect.

Mr. Jannik Friis has been a board member in Attraq for more than 3 years. Jannik Friis has a thorough background from retailing, most recently from the development of the sales company T-Nordic ApS, which distributes “Troll Beads” in the Scandinavian markets.

Furthermore Jannik Friis has been a shareholder in Attraq, since the company was acquired by Deltaq a/s in 2008. At the same time Jannik Friis withdraws from the board.

Mr. Per Hornung Pedersen will be the new Chairman of the Board in Attraq.

Per Hornung Pedersen has most recently been Managing Director in RePower, Germany and is now working as a professional board member in a number of boards including Deltaq’s.

Per has powerful competency within strategic business development, turnarounds and rationalization.

Mr. Peter Normann Nielsen will leave his position at the latest by the end of September 2011.
